PSHS - CRC 2019 FISCAL YEAR ASSESSMENT AND STRATEGIC PLANNING 2020

The three-day activity included lectures and workshops on SWOT analysis, risk management, and strategic goals formulation along with the presentation of 2019 PSHS - CRC performance. Mr. Gilbert Alerta, Planning Officer Designate, presented the 2019 PSHS - CRC performance with emphasis on the accomplishments and areas needing improvements. This was followed by the presentations of accomplishments from different divisions namely: FAD, SSD, and CID. The first day ended with a workshop on risk management which was facilitated by the Quality ManagementRepresentative (QMR), Ms. Vonna Vejle V. Ahon. On the second day, Director Engr. Ramil A. Sanchez delivered a lecture- workshop on SWOT analysis and strategic planning which resulted to the formulation of updated risk registry and SWOT analysis. Campus plan for 2020 was revisited on the third day. This was followed by a workshop on the creation of Annual Operational Plan (AOP) 2021. Discussions on the alignment of OPCR, DPCR, and IPCR ended the said three-day activity.
