PSHS-CRC Budget Planning for FY 2021 Seminar-Workshop

PSHS - CRC conducted its Budget Planning for FY 2021 to come up with the PSHS - CRC budget proposal for the upcoming PSHS System Budget Preparation for FY 2021 Workshop on February 3 – 6, 2020. The opening remarks of Engr. Ramil A. Sanchez, PSHS-CRC Campus Director, emphasized the need to identify activities in line with the targets of the campus and the system. With that, the Planning Officer Designate, Mr. Gilbert Alerta, also presented the OPCR of the campus. The Budget Officer Designate, Ms. Raeleen Mari E. Sorrera, presented the Budget Utilization of 2019 and the budget estimate for 2021. Each division presented their proposed activities for FY 2021 with its corresponding budget and was accordingly critiqued. After the presentation and critiquing, the Calendar of Activities for FY 2021 was drafted. On the second day, the presentation of Budget Estimate (BEst) Forms was discussed and each division created their BEst forms which are requisites for the Budget Proposal for FY 2021 to be submitted for the PSHS System Budget Preparation Workshop for FY 2021. List of Equipment was also drafted as part of the Budget Proposal. With the BEst forms accomplished and List of Equipment for FY 2021 done, each division was able to draft their Procurement and Project Management Plan (PPMP) for FY 2021. As was emphasized on the first day, the estimates given were not yet final and subject for changes depending on the result of the budget proposal deliberation.
