INTERNAL QUALITY AUDIT TRAINING

The Office of the Executive Director of the PSHS System coordinated the conduct of the training which was participated by representatives of all the PSHS campuses. Dr. Conrado C. Rotor, Jr., Campus Director of PSHS CARC welcomed the participants for the IQA Training. Dr. Danilo C. Lachica, a member of the Board of Trustees of the PSHS System, was the speaker for the activity and he discussed about the Total Quality Management System Tools which includes the Ishikawa Diagram or Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis. He also talked about the Internal Audit and Strategic Management Process on SWOT Analysis and Balanced Scorecard. To ease the participants of the bulk of information gained for the day, a fellowship night followed, where the students from PSHS CARC performed song and dance numbers. Games were also enjoyed by all the attendees. On the following day was the workshop on the harmonization of the audit checklist by assigning teams for each process of the Quality Management Systems Manual.
