Every educational institution’s fundamental goal is to develop students’ skills, abilities, and character at the optimum level. This is reflected in the PSHS System’s mission statement which offers education that is humanistic in spirit based on a curriculum that emphasizes science and mathematics and develops well-rounded scholars. In consonance therewith, PSHS – CRC conducted a talk on human sexuality for the development of students’ characters. This talk highlighted the gift of sexuality and how to use it properly based on its natural design. Students need to appreciate sexuality as part of nature’s design of man and woman. The school physician, Dr. Lovella O. Dolalas, was the resource speaker of the said talk. This activity with the theme: “I am a Pisay Teenager: Responsible and Respectful to Human Sexuality” aimed to highlight the gift of sexuality, to impart to students to express their sexuality based from the core values as Pisay scholar, and to respect and appreciate sexuality as part of human nature’s design.
