The effectiveness of Quality Management System (QMS) held the strong focus on the important areas of the Institution. Improving performance and effectiveness of the QMS were determined by correcting and reducing undesired outcomes of services. PSHS-CRC maintained its ISO 9001:2015 Certificate issued December 18, 2018 with Certificate No. SCP000428Q after successfully passing the 2nd Surveillance Audit with zero nonconformities.
