Embracing digital transformation is easily achieved through increasing the employee engagement and by Improving this, personnel can feel more valued and fulfilled and making them more open to change. With the onset of the pandemic, it is necessary for everyone to adapt the demands for digital transformation. The training-workshop on adapting and embracing digital transformation for Student Services Division personnel was successfully conducted last December 14, 2020. This activity was really helpful to us since most of the processes and transactions are done online.
